Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Administrator – Milton Keynes

We are seeking a Legal Assistant for a mixture of work to support the Residential Conveyancing team in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

  • Providing written quotes for Sale and Purchase
  • Opening files/data entry
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Liaising with clients, work providers and other contacts
  • Ordering searches and other required documentation
  • Preparing and sending Contracts to Buyers’ Solicitors
  • Assisting with post completion work as required
  • Making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of other members of the team
  • To abide by the Firm’s policies and procedures as set out in the Office Manual, Employee Handbook and associated documents
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be required

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Possess excellent IT skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • Be enthusiastic and reliable
  • Demonstrate high standards of customer service
  • Have excellent organisational skills
