Residential Property Senior Legal Assistant – Milton Keynes

The Candidate & Role:
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a team environment in residential property with the enthusiasm to build on technical knowledge and skills gained to succeed in an established firm. You will be handling a caseload from inception to completion, consisting of a broad range of residential property matters.  Particular experience in fully understanding the Conveyancing process and transactional related matters is required.

You will be working as part of a larger team handling all aspects of the Conveyancing transaction and maintaining close contact throughout the process with clients.

The Residential Property Senior Legal Assistant position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Property team. Some of these tasks include the opportunity to generate fee income in accordance with set targets, opening and closing file ledgers, preparing quotations, financial statements and bills and reconciling accounts.  You will have the opportunity to run a varied caseload including, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, Rights To Buy, Shared Ownership/Help to Buy schemes
