In Memory of Sukh Saini
Managing partner of Pictons SolicitorsIt is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Sukh Saini, Managing Partner of Pictons Solicitors.
Sukh passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday 28th May 2025. His loss is deeply felt by all that knew him – not only within the Pictons family, but across the wider legal and local communities to which he gave so much.
Sukh joined Pictons over two decades ago and became the Managing Partner in 2011. Under his leadership, the firm grew in strength and reputation, while remaining true to its core value of integrity, client care and community service. Sukh’s vision, professionalism and unwavering commitment to excellence left an indelible mark on the firm and inspired all who worked with him.
Outside of his legal career, Sukh was a devoted husband to his wife Deborah, and a proud father to his two children, Jessica and Arjan. He was a family man and was incredibly supportive of his children’s activities and education.
Sukh was also a keen sportsman; he played badminton and was a regular gym go-er, whilst enjoying cricket and football from the sidelines. Where he could, he combined his love of sports with work; cheering Luton Town FC on from the sidelines under the Pictons umbrella, arranging corporate cricket matches with clients, and taking part in the Luton RunFest alongside members of staff. The list could go on and on.
Sukh also sustained a commitment to his community and charity. He served as a Trustee and Chairman for Keech Hospice between 2013 and 2020 and supported many key local community events and initiatives over the years, personally and through Pictons.
At this difficult time, our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Sukh’s family, friends and all those who were fortunate to know him. His legacy will live on through the values that he championed and the lives he touched.
A book of remembrance will be available at each of our offices for those who wish to share memories or messages of condolence.
Rest in peace, Sukh. You will be greatly missed.

My areas of specialisation cover both family and wills and probate work as follows:
