Settlement Agreements

If your employer has offered you a settlement agreement you will be required to seek independent legal advice, which is exactly what we provide.

We will:

• Ensure that you fully understand what you are agreeing to.
• Assess if the terms and the financial compensation offered fairly reflect your rights.
• Explain the best options for protecting your financial interests and rights.

Our fees for this service, which include an advice session with a qualified solicitor, range from £500 plus VAT for a straightforward settlement agreement to £750 plus VAT for more complex agreements or where reaffirmation or second signing is required.

Any additional or further work required will be charged at an hourly rate of between £175 per hour to £300 per hour plus VAT.

The rate of VAT is 20% and fees quoted are exclusive of VAT.
