Pictons Signs Armed Forces Covenant

Pictons recently signed the Armed Forces Covenant. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise that together Pictons acknowledges and understands that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, including the bereaved, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives.

This includes a range of pledges that the firm has agreed to, promoting and supporting the Covenant. This includes preferential charging rates, and to help promote various communications and fundraising initiatives.

The event took place at the Milton Keynes Council Armed Forces Liaison Group meeting at the Civic Offices in Milton Keynes.

Commenting on the initiative Sarah Crook said:

“We are delighted to be supporting the armed forces in this way. They provide security, reassurance and in some instances incredible sacrifice, for the protection of our community. We are very happy to assist serving members, veterans and their families.”
