Pictons Team Gather for Strategy Day

The Pictons team recently gathered at the excellent Rothamsted Conference Centre in Harpenden to discuss the strategy for the firm in the coming year.

A productive session saw the team utilise a range of strategic planning tools in order to generate a list of objectives for implementation in the coming 12 months.

Commenting on the event Managing Partner Sukh Saini said: “I’d like to thank our team for contributing to a very engaging and innovative session that generated some exciting objectives. We will now add detail to these and establish project plans to enable successful implementation.”
