Rebecca Stewart Joins Pictons as an Associate

Pictons is delighted to announce that Rebecca Stewart has joined as a FCILEX Associate. Rebecca is widely respected with an extensive knowledge in the field of family law. Having launched her legal career in 2012, she qualified as a fellow in 2018 and now joins Pictons as an Associate.

She has also been identified as a key lawyer on Legal 500.

Rebecca has experience in all areas of family law including, but not limited to; divorce, cohabitation, pre-nups, TLATA, and children act proceedings.

Rebecca is an Accredited Resolution member and so adheres to the Code of Conduct, recognising that using a non-confrontational approach to family proceedings can assist in keeping costs and acrimony down.

She was also previously the Chair of the Local Yres Group, guiding and assisting other young lawyers and sharing best practice.
